In-Home Meal Prep

Let us come to you.

Jayne comes to your home, plans your meals around your actual dietary needs, and prepares a week of food in your kitchen. You arrive to a full fridge and zero stress.

This service is designed for clients whose health, schedule, or circumstances make cooking consistently difficult — not as a luxury, but as practical support.

"Nourishing yourself isn't a luxury — it's the foundation of everything else you're trying to do. When that part is hard, we can help make it easier."

Jayne Loftis · Nutritionist, Physio Flows

How It Works

Four steps, one less thing to worry about.

1

Initial Consultation

Jayne meets with you (in person or via telehealth) to understand your dietary needs, health conditions, schedule, budget, and goals.

2

Menu Planning

She creates a customized weekly menu based on your consultation — accounting for intolerances, preferences, family dynamics, and what's realistic for your life.

3

Shopping & Prep

Jayne handles grocery sourcing, comes to your home, and preps and cooks a week of meals in your kitchen. Everything is labeled and stored.

4

Handoff & Education

You come home to a stocked fridge and a brief handoff on what was made, how to reheat it, and any notes for the week. Optional: she stays and walks you through the meals.

Who This Serves

Practical support, not a luxury service.

In-home meal prep isn't just for people who don't like to cook. It exists for people for whom cooking consistently is genuinely hard — because of health, because of energy, because of complexity, or because of time.

Pricing is determined based on household size, dietary complexity, and session scope. Contact us to discuss your situation and get an accurate quote.
