A space built by performers, for performers.
Aerial and circus arts classes in a 20-foot ceiling studio where safety isn't a disclaimer — it's the foundation. Structured, qualified, and community-led.

Concept Rendering / Mood Board for our new location
"We built a space with clear, high safety standards shaped by performers and clinicians — and we help artists advocate for those standards everywhere they train."
Coryn Autore · Founder, Aerialist
Classes built around real progression.
Every class is small, structured, and taught by someone who does this work themselves. You'll progress because the curriculum is designed for it — not because you got lucky.
Aerial Lyra
The lyra — also called an aerial hoop — is a circular apparatus suspended from the rigging. Classes cover mounts, poses, sequences, inversions, and eventually drops and choreography. All levels welcome.
Schedule & DetailsAerial Silks
Aerial silks (tissu) are long fabric panels used for climbing, wrapping, and suspended movement. Our silks program builds foundational technique and strength progressively from the ground up.
Schedule & DetailsGround Circus Arts
Floor acrobatics, partner balance, flexibility training, and circus conditioning. Complements aerial training and is a strong starting point for newer movers building toward apparatus work.
Schedule & DetailsAerial Conditioning
Targeted strength and stability work for aerial training demands — grip, wrist prep, shoulder girdle, and core integration. Recommended for all aerial students as a supplement to apparatus classes.
Schedule & DetailsOpen Studio
Supervised practice time for qualified students. After completing a Level 1 class and receiving instructor approval, students can sign up for open studio sessions to practice independently.
Schedule & Details
Twenty feet up. Properly rigged. Always supervised.
The studio was designed from the beginning to be a serious training space — not a converted back room with improvised rigging. Twenty-foot ceilings, professional rigging rated for aerial work, and a climate-controlled environment for year-round training.
- 20-foot ceilings with professional-grade aerial rigging
- Dedicated crash mats and safety equipment
- Climate-controlled training environment
- Studio capacity kept small — maximum 6–8 per class
- Session logging required for all open studio participants
- Instructor present for all open studio hours
- Onsite PT and massage therapy for immediate injury support
- Showcase events for participants (private, community-based)
Performer-Informed Safety Standards
We define clear safety standards with performer and clinical expertise, then help performers apply and advocate for those standards beyond our walls. At Physio Flows, this is a community expectation, not a suggestion.
Shared Safety Standards
Our safety expectations are explicit, performer-informed, and clinically grounded. We train participants to uphold those standards consistently across classes, rehearsals, and showcases.
Qualification-Based Access
Open studio is not a drop-in service. Access requires demonstrated skill through structured class participation and instructor sign-off. Every participant earns their level of independent practice.
Advocacy + Clinical Backup
Having Physio Flows PT and massage on-site isn't incidental — it's structural. We also help performers advocate for safer conditions with venues and organizers so strong standards are expected, not ignored.
