Food Prep Classes

Three hours. Six meals. One better week.

Small-group Meal Planning Parties led by Jayne Loftis, Nutritionist. Hands-on, practical, and built around your actual dietary needs — not a generic class menu.

We take care of the shopping, setup, instruction, and cleanup. You cook, you learn, and you leave with meals ready to go.

"Knowing how to cook for your own body is one of the most powerful health tools there is. That's what we're actually teaching here."

Jayne Loftis · Nutritionist, Physio Flows

What to Expect

Guided. Practical. Zero cleanup.

Each Meal Planning Party is hosted at Jayne's Beavercreek kitchen studio and runs 2–3 hours. You'll work through 4–6 recipes specifically chosen for your dietary situation, goals, and preferences — not pulled from a fixed class menu.

The goal isn't just to come home with meals — it's to build confidence and skill. Jayne explains the why behind every recipe and technique so you can repeat and adapt them on your own.

  • Jayne does the shopping — ingredients are sourced before you arrive
  • Each session is 2–3 hours of hands-on guided cooking
  • You'll prepare 4–6 recipes tailored to your dietary needs and preferences
  • Emphasis on technique and understanding, not just following steps
  • Zero cleanup — that's taken care of
  • You leave with meals ready for the week and skills you can repeat
  • Hosted at Jayne's Beavercreek kitchen studio
